How do we get to the Island?
Airport shuttle service and boat transfers are available daily (3 boat transfers per day). It’s around a 20-30 minutes drive to Port Denarau depending on traffic, and a 25-minute boat transfer to Serenity Island. For boat transfer times and prices, please click here.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time starts at 2 PM
Check-out time is 10 AM
The front desk is open daily from 6 AM – midnight.
Are pets allowed on the Island?
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are welcome.
Are there any smoking designated rooms?
Serenity Island is a 100% non-smoking resort.
What type of water sports are available on the island?
There are a number of water-based activities that can be enjoyed around the Island. Surrounded by a lush of marine life, you can feed fishes and turtles or kayak around our beautiful island. Snorkeling equipment, kayaks and stand up paddle boards are all free for guest staying on the island. Diving tours of various levels can be booked through our water sports shop.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend you bring any prescription medication you might need during your stay, reef shoes if you plan to explore the coral reefs, and other personal care items that might not be easily available abroad.
